Welcome to AWC Tutor Feedback! This service allows you to submit a paper of six double-spaced pages or less to the Academic Writing Center, where one of our tutors will read it, provide feedback, and submit it back to you within 48 hours (turnaround time over weekends and holidays will be longer).

Please keep in mind that AWC Tutor Feedback is not an editing service. Although we will provide feedback regarding grammar and sentence structure, we will primarily be focusing on organization, clarity, and content.

 

Due to the high demand for AWC tutor feedback, AWC tutors cannot look at the same paper more than once. If the paper is longer than six pages, you may not break the paper up into multiple sections and submit it via this service. Instead, if a paper is longer than our limit, you should submit only the first six pages and utilize the feedback provided to improve the rest of your essay. 

 

Papers may be sent back with no feedback under the following conditions:

• Your paper is longer than six double-spaced pages.
• Your paper already has extensive feedback from a professor or classmate. If this is the case, please submit a clean copy.
• Your paper has extensive grammatical issues in which case a face-to-face appointment would be more suitable. Please proofread your paper beforehand.
